I am very thankful that I have the rest of the week off this week, it’s one of the many perks of being a teacher! If you haven’t checked out the blog in awhile, be sure to take a peek at yesterday’s post–lots of sparkly holiday inspo for you!
I’m not sure about you, but I have been on a MAJOR white denim kick this fall! I’ve worn paired these jeans with a chunky gray poncho, festive Christmas sweater and plaid button down, riding boots, etc., And when I’m not wearing bright pops of red, I’ve been wearing a lot of soft neutrals like blush pinks and grays. This blush pink turtleneck was a no brainer when I tried it on in the store, it’s SO comfy!. I liked it so much, that I ended up purchasing also purchasing it in bright orchid! I just might pair it with pops of red for Valentines Day :D.
And can we talk about these ankle booties for a second?? As a teacher, comfortable shoes that I can move around in for eight hours is a MUST. Usually I avoid heels in favor of comfortable flats or my riding boots, but I decided to give the low-heeled ankle boots a try. I had read great reviews on this particular pair, and at under $60, they were too good to pass up! I wore them to work the day after receiving them, and I was comfortable the entire day. No pain, completely comfortable the entire day, and I received many compliments.
Fair warning, this outfit, or a variation of it, will be making lots of appearances in my Instagram feed–I am loving blush pink and white this season!
