So this weather we’ve been having lately has been AH-mazing!!  Upper 50s and 60s, (mostly) sunny–Such a welcome relief from the rainy/grey winter!  M, Lilly and I have really made good use of our weekends, these last couple weeks, and have taken quite a few walks either on the walking trail close to our house, or through some of the other townships here in Cincinnati (I post quite a bit on my Instagram stories!).

Since we’ve made long walks a part of our normal routine, it gave me a good excuse to try out the sneaker trend that’s been popular the last couple of years…And as a (new) mom who is on the go, often with a baby and gear in tow, running around in pumps isn’t always practical (major props to you mamas who do!).

So when I saw this blush quilted pair at Target, I knew they had to come home with me! 😀  I actually didn’t know until after I posted them on my Instagram stories and someone told me that they were a copy of the sneakers by Steve Madden—and HALF the price!!

I later saw the Steve Madden pair in Nordstrom, and they are pretty much identical.  #targetdoesitagain

And since blush is the IT-color of the moment, of course I’ve been wearing these sneaks non-stop.

And speaking of Target and blush pink, how cute are these earrings??  BaubleBar just recently launched a collaboration of jewelry called “Sugarfix” at Target, and I snagged these in-store for $13.  Pretty good deal!

Overall, I wasn’t too impressed with the quality of the jewelry line (more on that in a later post), but these earrings, and another pair I picked up, were great quality.

Oh ladies, I really can’t praise these sneakers enough!!  I’ve pretty much accepted that wearing pumps and uncomfortable shoes as mom just isn’t practical…and with how little time I have to put myself together before leaving the house, I need easy pieces I can throw on and look put together.  The quilted design and blush color of these sneakers is perfect for adding a little something interesting to a basic outfit.

Going to have to say #sorrynotsorry in advance for how often these will be showing up on Instagram. 😀  Totally getting my mom-game on!  They run true to size, and they’re under $30–so get you some!
