(It’s here!!!) Classy Sassy

Wow, I cannot tell you how EXCITED I am to be introducing the new blog design and NAME….AHHHH, this blog makeover has been a long time coming, as far as planning goes, and I can’t believe it’s finally ready!!  So take a looksie around, I am IN LOVE with the red, black, and gold color scheme I decided to go with–a lot of blogs have red and navy or pink and black, and I wanted to go with something that was a little bit different.  It’s got some SASS to it :D.

The whole look of the blog has been simplified, more editorial in style and an overall clean look.  It’s something that I know I will love for years to come, and I cannot thank Tiffany enough for the amazing job she has done on the new design!!

I’ve got a new “About” page in the works, and you’ll notice that there is a new tab labeled “Services” which is also under construction.  Something I’ve been wanting to branch out into is styling services; helping ladies figure out what to wear for an event, taking a look at their closets and pull together outfits using what the have, etc.  I’m excited to get that launched soon!

Most of you are probably wondering what the name change and new blog design means for Simply Whit in a Sequined Life, so I’ll dive right into it because I am SO excited to share why I decided to do the crazy and change the name of the blog!

• I will still post outfit posts on a weekly basis
• My personal style is still the same
• Budget-friendly pieces will continue to be my focus

New features that I would like to try to dabble in are:

• Ask Whit:  You can ask me anything, from style advice to what’s my favorite color; anything at all, and once a month I will post a few of the questions with my answers.  Sounds like fun, right? 😀
• Trendy Tuesday:  I’d like to put a new twist on this typical feature, instead of my picking the trend and showing a collage of different pieces, I’d like for YOU to pick a trend that you’d like to see, and along with showing different pieces, I’ll create three different ways to style it.

I would love to get you all even more involved with the blog, because I know you ladies have great insight and lots of things to say; I read your comments everyday!  I hope you all are as excited as I am about the new blog, I have found my voice and am so excited to continue with this community I have found.

Be sure to follow along on Instagram, Twitter, and all of the other fun platforms!  My new social media handle is @classysassywhit and is the same for IG, Pinterest, and Twitter.  Facebook, the new page name is Classy Sassy blog, but if you liked the Simply Whit in a Sequined Life page, you won’t need to re-like this one because only the name and website has been changed.  Bloglovin‘, on the other hand, is a new page so if you like to follow your favorite blogs using that platform, you will need to follow the blog to stay updated :).
